Due to the traditional methods we use to smoke meats we prefer to have 48 hours advance notice for bulk orders; orders for over 20 people should be placed at least 72 hours in advance. If you find yourself in a time crunch, call us, we may be able to work with your timeline.
For large catering orders (more than 50 people), please call or us at least 7 days in advance. Orders are not confirmed until paid, this requires a live phone call or in-store visit in all cases. Please call with any questions, 850-278-6082.
